Conor Weir is a Managing Director at Retirement Benefits Group where he consults on retirement plans with the goal to maximize the benefit to business owners and their employees.  In his role, Conor is responsible for retirement plan design, fiduciary risk management, non-qualified plan design, and business succession planning.

In addition to managing retirement plans, Conor serves as the Chief Financial Officer to a select number of families and business owners, helping them invest for growth, protect what they have built and strengthen their company and family legacies.  The team does extensive financial planning with these private clients and specializes in managing the overlap between business and personal wealth.

Conor loves the logical process of simplifying complex problems and creating solutions for clients. After moving to Arizona in 1998, Fred began his career in financial consulting with Valic working exclusively with corporate and non-profit retirement plans. Thirteen years later, after stops with McDonald Financial Group and Smith Barney, Fred and his business partners decided that the best way to serve their clients was by joining Retirement Benefits Groups. Their main focus is working with private businesses, building retirement plans that best benefit both owners and their employees. Currently they manage over 35 plans all over the country. Fred has spent considerable time working with clients on employee education and estimates that he has conducted over 15 thousand one-on-one meetings.

Fred moved move back to Arizona in 1998 and lives there currently with his two daughters and Labrador Retriever. When Fred is not in the office or traveling to meet with clients, he spends as much time outdoors as he can snow skiing, kite boarding or building sandcastles on the beach with his family.
